How New Version of Floppy to USB Conversion Unit Works

NOTE:

Before the usb disk is plugged on the floppy to usb converter, the left key is [tens-digit], and the right key is [single-digit], they are used to choose the folder in usb flash disk. After the usb flash disk is plugged on the floppy to usb conversion unit, the two key are [out] and [in],(example: when you use the two key to select the 8 segment display as 23, and then after you plug the usb disk, the files in folder 023 will be stored into built-in memory of floppy to usb conversion unit.

Input designs to the embroidery/knitting/weaving machine:

1. Copy the files from PC to the root directory (select the 8 segment as 00) or in the folder of usb disk. Select the 8 segment as 00 or `second and third of folder name, Insert usb disk to the floppy to usb conversion unit. Push the [IN] button on the right (no need for 1.44M and 720K version). The 8 segment will display as d0, Wait until it returns back as numbers. This means that 1.44MB/1.20M/720K of the files in usb flash disk has been read into the 2MB flash memory built in the floppy to usb conversion unit.

2. Operate the embroidery/knitting/weaving machine as same as operating the floppy driver, read files from the floppy to usb conversion unit.

3. If the files in usb flash disk are more than 1.44MB/1.20M/720K, push the [IN] button again. The 8 segment will display as do, Wait until it returns back as numbers. The another part of files has been read into the unit. Operate the embroidery/ knitting machine again, for these files.

Output designs to usb flash disk from embroidery/knitting/weaving machine:

1. Select the 8 segment as 00 or second and third of folder name, Insert usb disk to the floppy to usb conversion unit, wait until the 8 segment returns back as numbers, push the [OUT] button on the left. The 8 segment will display as d1.

2. Operate the embroidery/knitting machine as same as operating the floppy driver, output files to the floppy to usb conversion unit. Waiting for completion, until the green lamp right side is off.

3. Push the [OUT] button on the left again, the segment will display as d 2, wait until it returns back as numbers, then the file is stored in the usb disk.

NOTE:
1. If the capacity of total files in usb disk exceed 1.44M/1.20M/720K, they will be divided into parts of 1.44M/1.20M/720K, and will be read into built-in memory of unit one part by one, by press [IN] button again.

2. 8 segments display as 00, means files in root directory will be operated, and other number means the files in the folder will be operated, 99 folders can be created in the disk.
